Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 12pm.

Can I arrive early or leave late?

The Hotel Best Western Plus Brice Garden cannot guarantee early arrivals and late departures will be accommodated, but will be happy to fulfil your request if possible. Reception is open 24/7, you can check-in anytime and the luggage room is available free of charge for our guests to leave their luggage.

I still haven't received my refund for the deposit on my credit card. What is happening?

Our hotel requires an authorisation hold (the cost of your first night) a few days before your scheduled arrival. The authorisation hold is released if you cancel 24 hours before. It is non-refundable in the event of no-shows. Payment in full is required on arrival and we cancel the authorisation hold. The authorisation hold is released within 24-48 hours subject to banks.

Is your hotel family-friendly?
